Pesawaran District BPS Employees Maximize Performance with KiPApp Application

Pesawaran District, April 29, 2024 - Employees of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Pesawaran District are now more efficient in reporting their monthly performance. At the end of each month, Pesawaran District BPS employees routinely use the KiPApp application to report their monthly performance.

KiPApp, short for "Keep up Performance Application," is a web-based application designed specifically to support the management of ASN Performance in the BPS environment. With KiPApp, employees can carry out all stages of ASN Performance Management in accordance with the provisions of Regulation of the Minister of PAN RB No. 6 of 2022.

According to this regulation, Employee Performance Management includes performance planning, implementation, monitoring, coaching, performance assessment, and follow-up on employee performance evaluation results. KiPApp assists in performance planning to align with the goals and objectives of the agency, and provides performance information from the unit level to the employee level within the BPS environment.
