Workshop on Service Excellence & Public Speaking for Employees and Partners of BPS Pesawaran Regency

The workshop, held at Saung Djunjungan Pesawaran, aimed to enhance public speaking skills for employees and partners of BPS Pesawaran Regency, thereby improving the quality of services provided to the public. In his opening remarks, Mr. Wayan Sudarsono, SST, Head of General Affairs at BPS Pesawaran Regency, expressed his hope that this workshop would bring significant benefits, particularly in strengthening communication skills and delivering better services to the community.

Led by Eli Supriyadi from AKIRA Training & Consulting, participants were provided with practical techniques for public speaking and building effective communication. These skills are expected to be directly applied in daily work, both in interactions with colleagues and in serving the community.

It is hoped that this workshop will enhance the professionalism of all employees and partners of BPS Pesawaran Regency, ultimately delivering higher-quality and more satisfying services to the public. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this event a success.
