Internalization of Sectoral Statistics Development 2025: Fostering High-Quality Data for Indonesia

Pesawaran, February 7, 2025 - The Pesawaran Regency Statistics Office (BPS) held the 2025 Sectoral Statistics Development Internalization event, which took place over four days from February 5 to 7, 2025, at the Pesawaran Regency BPS Auditorium.The event featured presentations by Muhamad Septa Utama, (link unavailable), M.Kom, and Rizqa Fithriani, SST., (link unavailable), Junior Computer Analysts at the Pesawaran Regency BPS. Topics discussed included sectoral statistics development regulations, definitions and stages of sectoral statistics development, and the crucial role of BPS in building a reliable sectoral statistics system.

Attendees included the Head of the Pesawaran Regency BPS, Mid-Level Statistical Experts, and the Sectoral Statistics Development Team, all of whom are working to enhance the quality of sectoral statistics and support the implementation of Indonesia's One Data policy.

Through strengthened development, it is expected that the resulting data will be more accurate, standardized, and trustworthy, ultimately supporting better development policies.
