Sidodadi Village Ranks Among the Top 12 Nationally in the "Desa Cantik" Program

Proud news comes from Sidodadi Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, which has achieved national recognition by being named one of the top 12 villages/urban communities in the 2026 *Desa Cantik* (Statistics-Loving Village) program. This achievement makes Sidodadi the only village from Lampung Province to make the national top list for the *Desa Cantik* program organized by Statistics Indonesia (BPS).

Previously, the online evaluation process for the *Desa Cantik* program took place virtually at the Sidodadi Village Hall on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The event was attended in person by the Regent of Pesawaran, Hj. Nanda Indira B., S.E., M.M. Based on the evaluation results, the 12 best *Desa Cantik* locations were selected to receive national-level awards.

Sidodadi Village’s inclusion in the national top 12 was made possible through the support of BPS Pesawaran and the Pesawaran Regency Government, as well as the hard work of village officials and the local community. In implementing the program, Sidodadi Village undertook various improvements regarding data management and utilization. These efforts included updating population data, conducting a census of MSMEs, strengthening the village website, and compiling statistical publications that are easily understood by the public.
