Bandar Lampung Municipality In July 2017 Deflation of 0.09 Percent

Abstract

July 2017, Bandar Lampung Municipality experienced deflation of 0.09 percent due to the decline of Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 130.62 in June 2017 to 130.50 in July 2017. Two expenditure groups contributed to deflation in Bandar Lampung Municipality, the group Foodstuffs contribute to 0.17 percent deflation; And the transport, communication & financial services group by 0.19 percent. In contrast, four expenditure groups contributed to inflation, namely the group of processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco contributed to inflation by 0.09 percent; Housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group by 0.08 percent; Education, recreation and sports group by 0.08 percent; And the health group by 0.02 percent. While the clothing group did not contribute to inflation.
