Abstract

During September 2018, the Grain Producer Price Survey recorded 47 observations. Observations were dominated by the quality grain group of Dry Harvested Rice (GKP). There was no grain group of quality dry milled rice (GKG) and low quality grain.

The highest grain prices at the farmer level reach Rp. 5,400,00
per kg of grain quality of GKP with Ciherang variety found in Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu Regency. The lowest grain price reaches Rp. 4,600.00 per kg in the quality of GKP grain with Ciherang and Galur varieties found in Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency, and Seputih Raman District, Central Lampung Regency. The price is above the Government Purchase Price (HPP) which is Rp. 3,700.00 per kg.

At the milling level, the highest grain price is Rp. 5,450.00 per kg in the grain quality of GKP with Ciherang variety found in Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu Regency, while the lowest grain price in the GKP quality group was Rp. 4,680.00 per kg with Galur and Ciherang Varieties found in Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency, and Seputih Raman District, Central Lampung Regency. The price is above the HPP, which is Rp. 3,750.00 per kg.
