Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during August 2018 reached 62.55%, up 4.04 points compared to July 2018 which was recorded at 58.51%. Other accommodation TPKs in August 2018 recorded 30.69% up 0.44 points compared to July 2018 which recorded 30.24%.

The number of guests during August 2018 staying at star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 67,742 people, consisting of 233 foreign guests and 67,509 domestic guests. This condition experienced a decrease of 6,582 people (8.86%) compared to July 2018 which recorded 74,325 people.

The average length of guests staying in August 2018 in 1.58-star hotels recorded an increase of 0.27 compared to July 2018 at 1.31 days. While the average length of stay in other hotels / accommodations during August 2018 recorded 1.24 days, an increase of 0.08 points compared to July 2018 of 1.16 days.
