Abstract

In order to support the process of planning, implementing and evaluating development results, data and information are needed so that it can run well. Socio-economic data is needed to provide a picture of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data on the needs of community life such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health, safety, and employment opportunities are needed to determine how far the achievement of development results can reach all levels of society. The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is designed to produce socio-economic data of the population in the education, health, housing, crime, socio-cultural, tourism sector, and public perceptions of household welfare. Since 2015, Susenas data collection has been held twice a year, namely in March and September.
The publication of the Welfare Statistics 2019 is the result of data collection through the Core questionnaire (VSEN19.K List) and the March 2019 Susenas Consumption Module (VSEN19.KP List) which is carried out throughout Indonesia. This publication is presented in the form of a percentage of a population in Pesawaran District. Some data are also divided according to gender to meet the needs of gender gap analysis.
