Construction Expensiveness Index of Pesawaran Regency 2024

The 2024 Construction Cost Index publication is an annual publication published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This publication contains information on Regency/City Construction Cost Index (IKK) numbers which are presented in the form of tables and regional maps. IKK is a price index that describes the level of expensive construction in a Regency/City compared to a reference city. In 2024, the reference city used will be Banjarmasin City. Considerations in selecting a reference city are based on the index value of a city which is close to the national average index as well as the completeness of the data and considering other supporting factors. IKK data for 2024 is one of the main components used to calculate the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for Fiscal Year 2025.
