Update of the February 2025 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas)

BPS-Statistics Pesawaran Regency conducted the February 2025 Sakernas update activity from January 24 to February 5, 2025. Officers from the BPS-Statistics Pesawaran Regency went door-to-door to identify family presence and convert it into household data. This enabled the selection of samples for full enumeration. The goal is to produce accurate labor force data, which will serve as the basis for more targeted policy decisions.

This update utilized Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), increasing data collection efficiency compared to the paper-and-pencil method. Officers also underwent online and in-person training to understand the concepts, methodologies, and application of FASIH.
